Criado pelo NÚCLEO CULTURAL DO DEPARTAMENTO DE ESTRATÉGIA E RELAÇÕES EXTERNAS, um serviço da universidade cuja actividade é desenvolvida maioritariamente no âmbito cultural, em estreita relação com as diferentes unidades orgânicas da Universidade, os seus membros e a sociedade. Oferece propostas de teatro, música, cinema, publicações, cerimónias e coros, maioritariamente desenvolvidos na Aula Magna da Reitoria da Universidade de Lisboa.
